The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) recently accepted Erika Blumenfeld’s work, The Polar Project, into their Fiscal Sponsorship Program, and so it is now possible to make a financial contribution to The Polar Project that is fully tax-deductible.  NYFA sponsors hundreds of artists’ projects and more than fifty emerging organizations. Fiscal sponsorship is a legal means whereby donors can make tax-deductible contributions to individuals or organizations that are themselves not tax exempt. There are 2 ways to make a tax-deductible contribution to The Polar Project:

Online Contribution by Credit Card:

  • NYFA uses NYCharities.org for online donations.
  • When you make a donation to NYFA for a project or organization online, your credit card statement will read “NewYorkCharities.org.”
  • Please click on the link immediately below and fill out the online form.  Where it asks for “Artist” type in “Erika Blumenfeld,” and for “Project” type in “The Polar Project.”
